Katelyn is a seventeen year-old young Lady from Appleton, WI and who is brand new to the music business. Katelyn has always had a strong passion for country-inspired music, since she could speak. Since then, she has been singing her heart out along with the radio, in front of family functions, to and with her friends and now perfecting her vocals and stage presence in front of "LIVE" crowds at various venues and events. By the time she was in elementary school her passion for music developed into a deep yearning to pursue a future in the music industry. From very young on, she has performed in many school choirs and in school theater productions. She has always known and accepts that being discovered took many hours of practice with a personal determination to--Never Give Up! In late 2008, Katelyn cut her very first Demo and she just recently broke the ice with her very first Professionally paid gig as background vocals for Michael "Big Dog" Murphy's newest Album, which are among this "Blues Man" many in the last 50 years of his performing! This in itself was a 'HONOR' for Katelyn to say the least. Now Katelyn truly knows "WHAT" she wants and is unwilling to settle for anything less than--A Career in the Music business! Currently she is working on her own original material, and plans to continue forward on this path of not only singing her heart out, but writing as well. Katelyn is ready for the unpredictable, but sincerely fun road ahead of her, as she sets out to make "All of Her Dreams Come True" This is one young Lady with her "Gift of Music" and her tenacious determination, that we will be seeing and hearing much more from!
