Stan Bozeman
Stan Bo'(zeman) aka (Stan the Man) was raised in the St. Louis area. He started is musical career dancing, and singing in talent shows such as the Julius Carlos talent shows and also as a DJ. For many functions, His style of accomplishment includes, smooth ballads, funk, and pop, Soul and R and B. The Man has performed for many organizations, social clubs and hotels for many years. He has also written a few jingles for corporate companies such as Yellow Key, and Western Southern Financial group and wrote and performed the TV commercial for Fay's Furniture for Channel 11 KPLR in 1999. Stan has served the ST. louis community for years as a businessman for life,health, disability, and retirement programs. Stan also managed the local band Fever Funk Band, and toured with Barbara Carr and Luther Ingram in the 80's as a back up singer and as a show opener. The man was inspired by a musical family. The fabulous Step brothers when it came to dancing, his uncle Prince Bozeman aka(Edward Bozeman Sr.) some of the man's musical influences were Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, James Brown, Cameo, Earth Wind and Fire, and Prince, Michael Jackson, Morris Day and The Time, The Isley Brothers, Blue Magic and many others. Stan has performed with Fever Funk Band, New Image Band Metrofunk, DCW (Distant Cry of the world) Groovadelic, St. louis Vibrations, Grand Elite, Soul Reunion, The Smash Band, The Pacemakers, The Contours, and The Loose Brothers. Stan has performed in Acapulco, Puerto Rico, Maui, Hong Kong, Cancun, and thru out the Midwest. In 2008 Stan self released his debut CD called Stan The Man Finally Unleashed, Stan wrote and produced the album himself which received rave reviews on several radio and internet stations, such as 90.3 FM WHCR in New York on the Love Zone hosted by Maurice Watt and DJ Howie, 920 AM in St. Louis Hosted by Doug Eason and Bernie Hayes, 90.7 FM in L.A. Calif Hosted by Shakin with Rob Macon, and on several internet stations such as GHP RAdio, hosted by Gary Fuston, Blog Talk Radio with Jan Watts, Catch a Vibe, hosted by AJa and Claire in the UK, MusicTalk, The Coast Radio hosted by MJ, and Happy hits radio hosted by Charlene Ashley.
